Brief Introduction of the Firm

Job Descriptions

Provide legal advice to clients on Maritime Law, Commercial Law and other dispute resolution practices assigned by Partners of the firm. Successful candidates may also act as legal advisors and defending lawyers to protect clients’ interest before the national courts and arbitration centers. The primary task may include but not limited to

• Establish and maintain contact with clients to identify and understand clients’ commercial objectives and legal needs;

• Provide client with legal solutions related to maritime, international trade, commercial litigation and ADR issues;

Requirements

• Vietnamese citizen

• Holder of Vietnamese Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B)

• Years of practical experience: 3 years and over

• Good command of MS Office

• Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English

• Lawyer card issued by Vietnam Ministry of Justice

• Required skills: presentation and speaking skills
