Job Descriptions

• Researching and analyzing information of the case files of the client, arranging the documents, implementing the legalization and notarization of the documents (if necessary), etc.
• Conducting legal searches; drafting summary of facts, reports, legal advice, opinions and arguments as assigned by Partners of the firm;
• Meeting with clients, opponent parties and working with state authorities;
• Other work assigned by Partners and Senior Associates of the firm.

Requirements

• Holder of Vietnamese Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B.)
• Years of practical experience: at least 01 year
• Good command of MS Office
• Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English
• Required skills: presentation and speaking skills
