Being a boutique law firm specialising in ADR in Vietnam, we have the first- hand experience in the development of commercial mediation in Vietnam. Particularly, we have involved directly in the drafting process of Decree 22/2017/ND-CP on commercial mediation which establishes a legal framework as well as paves the way for the growth of mediation in Vietnam. Notably, our senior Partner has been listed as a mediator under the Panel of many prestigious mediation centers such as VMC, MHJMC, JIM. Our Partner Nguyen Ngoc Minh is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator, VICMC Mediator.

Our extensive knowledge has helped us develop capabilities and translated very well into practice and our experience in this matter equipped us with practical view in handling mediation cases. We, accordingly, provide the legal and strategic advices as well as innovative and cost-effective solutions for related-mediation cases.
