Dzungsrt & Associates inherits the prestige recognized by the international community in the fields of shipping and commercial litigation from Independents Legal Consultants founded in Hochiminh City in October 1997 and Independent Legal Consultant re-established by Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung in Hanoi City in October 1999.
