Our Contribution to Law

Directly involved in drafting the current law on commercial arbitration, and contributed significantly to the 2017 Rules of Arbitration of the Vietnamese International Arbitration Centre.

Guided the Vietnam recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration award ceremonies. (2019-2020)
