- His extensive knowledge on litigation expands to foreign jurisdictions , such as England, Hong Kong, Singapore and France.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh, the head of the dispute resolution team and Ms. Tran Ha Han, the Litigation Partner have extensive experience in resolving cases involving shipping, commercial, bankruptcy and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards/ foreign court judgments.
