The event is co-organized by the Society of Construction Law Vietnam (SCLVN) and the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC), under the theme: “Opportunities and Challenges in Construction Dispute Resolution: National and Global Perspectives.”
From 9 to 10 April 2026, at Rex Saigon Hotel, the conference brings together leading experts in the construction sector, along with Vietnamese and foreign lawyers, arbitrators, and academics. In parallel with the main program, a series of side events hosted by affiliated organizations will also be conducted, contributing to broader professional exchanges and business connections.
