Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, Head of Arbitration at Dzungsrt & Associates, has the honor of being invited to participate as one of the Speakers at the workshop entitled “Serial disputes in financial transactions and challenges to arbitral jurisdiction”. The event is organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in cooperation with law training institutions and will be held concurrently in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City at 8:00 – 11:45 on 19 March 2026 (this Thursday).
This workshop is the second activity within the Vietnam Arbitration – Mediation Symposium (AMS 2026) – an academic initiative annual event series launched by the VIAC to create a platform for thorough discussions among practitioners, experts, and scholars in arbitration and dispute resolution.
Focusing on jurisdiction in serial disputes and practices of resolving financial disputes, this event aims to analyze the key characteristics and emerging trends of such disputes in the context of increasingly complex commercial transactions involving multiple parties, contracts, and legal relationships. Through in-depth discussions, speakers and experts will cover the legal challenges concerning the jurisdiction of arbitral tribunals, while sharing practical experience and proposing effective approaches to enhance the efficiency and consistency of dispute resolution.
