On 6th September 2023, the Maritime Arbitration & Legal Seminar organized by Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration (SCMA) – a reputable arbitration center specialized in maritime disputes, Clyde & Co and Dzungsrt & Associates with the companion of Vietnam Shipowners’ Association was held successfully in Hai Phong City with the participation of nearly 100 representatives from the insurance companies, seaport businesses, and units operating in the maritime sector, etc. Our Partner Dang Vu Minh Ha attended the seminar as speaker with a speech on topic: “Notable issues and practical tips to resolve maritime disputes”. In addition, our Partner Tran Ha Han also participated in the discussion session of the seminar along with speakers who are experts and experienced lawyers in maritime dispute resolution of SCMA and Clyde. & Co.
