On 12 July 2024, our Lawyer, PhD. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang – Head of the Arbitration Department will present at the online talk show on “The jurisdiction of arbitration over disputes related to real estate: New regulations and notable issues” organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC).
This will be an opportunity for experts and lawyers to exchange and share in-depth knowledge about the changes on jurisdiction over disputes related to real estate as well as key considerations when choosing a domestic or international dispute settlement authority for real estate-related disputes. This talk show is part of the Legal Management Series 2024 (LMS 2024) with the theme of ” Legal compliance for adapting to the modern and green economy” taking place from 20 June 2024 to 1 August 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City and other southern provinces of Vietnam.
