On 29 March 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Faculty of Law, University of Economics and Law (CELG-UEH), successfully convened Workshop 02 “The execution of arbitral award and issues arising from the third parties”. The workshop attracted the attendance of over 120 distinguished participants at the Conference Hall, including legal professionals, scholars, executives, and excellent students. At the same time, over 200 audience attended online.
This marks the second event under the Arbitration – Mediation Symposium 2024, sponsored by Dzungsrt & Associates, focusing on “Third parties and influences on arbitral proceedings”, organized by VIAC collaborated with legal training institutions and other partners in Ho Chi Minh City, taking place from 22 March 2024 to 11 April 2024.
