Upon discovery of the incident, we promptly implemented and completed the following measures:

✅ Conducted a thorough review and worked closely with relevant service providers to identify the cause and fully resolve the technical issues involved.

✅ Strengthened our security infrastructure, enhanced system safeguards, and improved the response time and readiness of our technical team.

✅ Publicly communicated this matter to our clients, partners, and colleagues to ensure transparency and reassurance.

As of this announcement, the matter has been fully addressed, and no further risks have been identified. Please be assured that the situation is under control.

For your own information security, if you have received any email that you suspect to be fraudulent, we kindly advise you to:

✅ Refrain from opening any attachments or clicking on any links contained in the email.

✅ Delete the suspicious email from your inbox at your earliest convenience.

✅ Run a virus or security scan on your device to ensure that your system remains secure.
