It is such a great honor that our Managing Partner, Mr. Nguyen Manh Dzung has been appointed as the very first Court member for Vietnam of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (the “ICC”).

Commenting on the appointment to the ICC International Court of Arbitration, Mr. Dzung says: “The ICC International Court of Arbitration is the only truly global arbitral institution and a unique group of outstanding professionals. Vietnam is one of the jurisdictions where the ICC is yet to establish a national committee and I’m very proud to be the first Vietnamese member, a real challenge and a great opportunity. I will make a great effort to dedicate myself as a member of the Court”.

This appointment can also be considered as the recognition of our firm’s active participation in significantly improving legal and institutional frameworks of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in general and arbitration in particular in Vietnam.
