Dzungsrt & Associates proudly sponsors and collaborates with the Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre (YSIAC) to host a specialized workshop on “Effective Conduct of Construction Arbitration: Tools and Tips for Counsel”. The event takes place from 9:30 to 11:30 AM on 9^th April 2025, at Novotel Saigon Centre (167 Hai Ba Trung Str., Dist. 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam).

The workshop will be moderated by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Minh, Deputy Director of Dzungsrt & Associates, and feature esteemed lawyers and experts in construction arbitration from Vietnam and the region. In light of Vietnam’s construction sector’s strong recovery, the session aims to update participants on effective dispute resolution tools, share practical experience, and provide tips for lawyers to enhance the efficiency in construction arbitration.

This is a side event of the Ho Chi Minh City International Construction Arbitration Conference 2025 (HICAC), organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Society of Construction Law Vietnam (SCLVN) to be held in April 2025.
